Shipping & Returns

Shipping within Germany is 2.90 EUR, for orders over 59.50 € shipping is free of charge. 

Within Europe shipping is 5.80 EUR, to Austria only 4.80 EUR and to Switzerland 5.80 EUR  taxfree. Please note that shippings to Swiss usually cause extra cost for customs clearance and import tax

For shipping with German Post by air to countries outside Europe 5.80 EUR will be charged (For some few big itmes higher shipping cost is required).

To countries outside EU all small items are sent by insured registered letter with possible online tracking. Shipping is a bit longer and takesabout one week to oversea. However it is the most economic and safe way as well. In case there is any loss you will get compensation by us directly.

For safe returns we recommend also to use insured way of shipment as the risk of loss is not on our behalf for returns.
As soon as returned items arrive, you will get the refund. Returned items must be in same condition as you have received them, except for the case of warranty for damaged items.
