terms of business for private customers

payment:
Orders will only be shipped after we received the full payment of invoice total. Payments can be done either by bank remittance or by "paypal" to "mh@lebaolong.de".

delivery:
Products will be shipped within 2 days after receiving payment. For any delay the customer will be informed by email.

shipping:
Shipping cost withing EU countries is 5.80 EUR (incl. VAT), 4.90 EUR to Austria and 4.50 EUR to Suisse (no VAT) per order, for all other countreis and oversea shipping is 5.80 EUR (no VAT) for all small items and orders up to 1kg. In case of higher actual shipping cost we will immediatly ask you for surcharge before shipping, in this case you can also cancel the order and payments will be returned as soon as possible.

Impossibilty of delivery:
If any ordered article can't be delivered within 7 days the customer can cancel the order and received payments will be refunded within 7 days.

Warranty:
Warranty will be granted according to German law of BGB (2 years warranty). Light variations in colour and shape of delivered items are not case of warranty, they are caused by handycrafted production. Later deforming of wooden articles may also be result of the used natural material and environmental influences (temperature and humidity). For this reason warranty can only be claimed if the deformation is very strong and obviously caused by inferior raw materials.

You can revoke your contractual statement within 14 days without indicating reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the item is delivered to you before expiry of the time limit - also by returning the item. The deadline takes effect on receipt of this notice in text form but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient, nor before fulfilment of our information obligations as per Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 Sections 1 and 2 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of revocation or the item is sufficient to observe the revocation deadline. Revocations are to be submitted to:

Revocation consequences

In the event of a valid revocation, the performance delivered by either party is to be returned and the proceeds of any utilization submitted. If you cannot return the received performance to us, or return them only partially or in a deteriorated condition, you need to compensate us to the required extent. You must pay compensation for degraded items and derived benefits only insofar as the benefits or deteriorations are due to handling of the items beyond testing of properties and functionality. "Testing of properties and functionality" is to be understood as testing and evaluation of the respective goods as is possible and common in retail shops, for instance.

Items which can be dispatched in packages are to be returned at your expense up to 2.40 €, expenses above will be payed back to you together with returning of your payment. The goods have to be returned within 14 days from day of revocation, timely dispatch of itmes is sufficient to observe the returning deadline.

Payment obligations to you must be fulfilled within 14 days. The time limit becomes effective on receiving of your revocation notice. Payment can be refused until receiving of returned items or showing proof that you have returned the itmes .
